Excellence Finance was establised in Feburary 2005 by Nissan Nissan. Mr Nissan has been within finance industry since 2001.

Starting out as a loan processor with a Finance Broker firm and worked his way to a loan consultant. moved to another finance firm as a Loan Consultant then moved to a new roll as a business development manager. stayed as a business development manager for a few lenders.

In the time withing the finance industry he has built a strong rapport with many clients consumer and business.

Today Excellence Finance has taken the relationship further by building a strong network with other professional industries such as Real Estates, Accountants, Solicitors and Financial Planners.

Excellence Finance started with one man operation as a broker firm and today it has many staff working directly within the company. Excellence Finance is now located in one of the largest industrial areas in the southern hemisphere, Wetherill Park. Since moving to Wetherill Park, our loan consultants have developed strong relationships with nearby business owners.

About Excellence Finance Sub-Aggregation (EFSA)

In late 2007, Excellence Finance became a sub-aggregator for one of the largest aggregators in Australin (PLAN Australia). Under the sub-aggregation model, Excellence Finance has over 5 broker firms plus their own company staff under Sub Aggregation.

The Advantage of Excellence Finance Sub-Aggregation (EFSA)

The advantage of other Mortgage Broker firms being under the EFSA (Excellence Finance Sub-Aggregation) model is mantoring and be educate within the finance industry. This includes bank/lender products, policies and services they offer. The EFSA (Excellence Finance Sub-Aggregation) Brokers also assist each other in client retention skills and how to educate their clients regarding their mortgage.

Nissan Nissan - Relationship Manager & Accredited Mortgage Consultant

Nissan has been within the finance industry for over 8 years starting out as a loan processor, loan consultant and then becoming a Business Development Manager. Nissan has completed her Certificate IV in Finance  & Mortgage Brokering. Nissan's extensive knowledge of the finance industry and industry contacts has helped his clients by providing them with the right loan products,loan structure and different ways in how you can reduce the homer loan balance. Nissan also specialises in Commercial & Business Loans. Nissan's certificates include Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Brokering among other business certificates.

Evelyn Alqasrany -Book Keeping / Loan Manager

Evelyn joined Excellence Finance in late 2007 as a book keeper and processing personal loans and car loans. She also assists Carmen with Adminstration work. She also handles the book keeping for Excellence Finance. Evelyn also has a background in adminstration from her previous employers.

 

Faryal Nissan - Accounts / Administration

Faryal joined Excellence Finance in late 2008 as a accounts and administration. She also assists in loan processing. She also provide work assistance to consultants and managerial duties.
